We had to move webhosts and I'm working in the background to try and get the site back up and functioning. Until then, you'll be able to read what's already here but won't be able to edit anything.

The year is 1899, in an alternate Britain where unique individuals have emerged with astounding powers. Formally ordained as The Royal League of Exemplary Individuals, they and a collection of international guests have gathered in a floating fortress above London to celebrate past triumphs, mourn lost friends and usher in the the new century.
